Book into a 60 minute testing session with one of our Exercise Physiologists.

TESTING

During your session we discuss your goals, injury history and current training. We then complete movement and performance testing using our equipment to assess strength, power, fitness and movement quality.

RESULTS + PROGRAM

We explain your results and what they mean for your training. From this, we guide you into the right 4PX program and provide a structured plan to help you improve safely and effectively.
